Job summary

MyForte Professional Recruiting is partnering with a large, well-established organization in Orlando to identify a Finance Manager. This broad role combines FP&A, operational finance, and accounting, and will work with business leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong FP&A and financial analysis experience, solid GAAP knowledge, and ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A and financial analysis with business partnering.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and month-end close processes.
• Experience with inventory, operations, or supply chain is a plus.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; BI/reporting tools helpful.
• ERP experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar.

MyForte Professional Recruiting is partnering with a large, well-established organization in Orlando to identify a Finance Manager.

This is a broad finance role combining FP&A, operational finance, and accounting. The position will work closely with business leaders and provide financial support across budgeting, forecasting, reporting, business analysis, and day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
• Partnering with operational leaders to understand financial results and business drivers
• Developing KPIs, reporting, and actionable financial analysis
• Supporting inventory, demand planning, and operational forecasting
• Month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet analysis
• Identifying opportunities to improve and automate financial processes and reporting
• Supporting an upcoming ERP transformation
• Providing leadership and review of work within the finance team

Ideal background:

• Strong FP&A, financial analysis, and business-partnering experience
• Solid understanding of accounting, GAAP, and the month-end close process
• Experience working with inventory, operations, supply chain, distribution, or fulfillment is a plus
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI/reporting tools is helpful
• ERP experience with systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar
• Ability to work across accounting, finance, and operations rather than staying narrowly focused in one area
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on, collaborative approach

Compensation is approximately $115K base plus bonus, with some flexibility depending on experience.
