Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Finance Manager to lead a small but high-performing finance team in a hands-on role focused on FP&A, reporting, and business partnership. The position offers the flexibility of remote work while anchored in Orlando, with direct exposure to senior leadership and visibility across cross-functional partners.

You will own monthly P&L analysis, variance reporting, and the development of dashboards and processes that scale with growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting experience.
• Experience mentoring finance professionals.
• Strong P&L, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in a multi-entity or services organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead P&L trend reporting and monthly variance analysis against budget and prior periods.
• Translate complex financial results into clear insights for senior leadership.
• Manage and mentor two direct reports while maintaining strong reporting controls.
• Build and standardize dashboards, reporting templates, and recurring finance processes.
