Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Manager of FP&A in Orlando, FL to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for assigned business units. The hybrid schedule blends in-office collaboration with flexible remote work.

You will develop and analyze financial models, prepare leadership dashboards, and partner with accounting and operations to drive strategic growth. A strong Excel skillset and 5+ years in FP&A are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or business finance experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling capabilities.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Ability to communicate financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities for assigned business units.
