Job summary

Tim Dahle Management Company is seeking an Finance Manager to facilitate car deal financing as an individual contributor, ensuring compliance with dealership policies and state regulations while upholding high standards of customer service.

You will supervise staffing/training, monitor regulatory compliance, review deal structures, maintain lender relationships, and analyze sales data to drive effective strategies. A strong background in finance and reporting is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–4 years of related experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, financial reports, legal documents, and technical procedures.
• Proficient in calculating discounts, interest, commissions, and applying basic algebra and geometry.
• Strong problem-solving skills with data interpretation and analytical thinking.
• Valid State Sales License and Driver’s License required.
• Ability to prepare reports, business correspondence, and present information to managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or 1-4 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, financial reports, legal documents, and technical procedures. Capable of writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals, and effectively presenting information to managers, clients, and customers.
• Proficient in calculating discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and applying basic algebra and geometry concepts. Ability to work with probability, statistical inference, and practical applications of fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex instructions, define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions. Capable of applying logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
• Valid State Sales License and Driver’s License required.
