Job summary

Haselwood Auto Group is looking for a Full-Time Finance Manager to provide vehicle financing and explain aftermarket products to customers. You will ensure compliance with various federal, state, and local regulations while processing deals accurately and assisting in the training of the sales team.

Description

Finance Managers offer vehicle financing to customers and provide them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties. This includes and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.

• Process financing and leasing deals accurately and securing approval through financial sources.
• Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used-vehicle and finance departments.
• Create and maintain a program with the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department.
• Assist in training and providing the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership's financing and extended service programs.
• Ensure a positive experience for our clients

Requirements

• HS Graduation or equivalent.

Benefits - What we offer

• Compensation Based Pay: 50,000 - 300,000 annually, including potential commissions and performance-based earnings. Actual compensation will vary based on individual performance, experience, and qualifications.

General Population Vacation Accrual:

90 days = 24 hours

1 Year = 48 hours

2 Years = 88 hours

3 Years = 96 hours

5 Years = 136 hours

10+ Years = 160 hours

Note: Accrual earned at 90 days must be used prior to 1 year anniversary as it does not carry over.
