Job summary

Andy Mohr Automotive Group in Indiana is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance team, drive profitability, and ensure every eligible deal is e-contracted. You will develop a comprehensive menu selling process and rehash deals to maximize performance.

You will manage daily paperwork flow, track lender portfolios, and stay aligned with sales to protect the dealership's best interests. A strong customer‑centric attitude, excellent communication, and a clean MVR are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct finance experience in automotive or similar sales environment.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive profitability.
• Clean CIT/MVR with reliable work ethic.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.

Overview

Andy Mohr Automotive Group is one of the largest volume car dealership groups in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Manage and generate income by leading a team of finance managers
• Develop a comprehensive menu selling process to help maximize the finance department's overall profitability and product penetration
• Ensure that every eligible deal is e‑contracted
• Rehash all deals
• Track portfolio with lenders
• Review and inspect the flow of the department's paperwork on a daily basis to insure a timely turnaround on all deals, as well as the accuracy of all documents produced in the department
• Demonstrate complete commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals while also looking out for the dealership's best interests as a whole

Development & Training

• Be an example of professional morals, ethics and excellent customer service (CSI)
• Work closely with sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods
• Set and maintain finance department work schedule
• Make sure the finance department is properly staffed
• Establish a weekly training schedule for finance managers
• Schedule one‑on‑one training with finance managers on a weekly basis
• Review sales managers’ finance numbers on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

Qualifications

• Seasoned finance manager with a minimum of 3 years Direct finance experience
• Team player with a good attitude
• Proven track record with High PVR and VSC (Provide proof)
• Professional and customer‑centric
• Clean CIT and paperwork
• Motivated and drive
• Reliable and consistent
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Self‑motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment
• Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
