Job summary

Valley Nissan in Colorado is seeking a Finance/Insurance Specialist to help customers arrange financing and present add-on products. You will structure deals for profitability, ensure compliance with laws, and manage titles and registrations.

The role requires attention to detail and strong communication. You will desk deals, submit to lenders for approval, and close financing transactions while maintaining a professional appearance and ongoing certifications.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and negotiation skills.
• Professional appearance and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Help customers arrange the financing of their purchases and present additional products.
• Structure deals for profitability and collectability.
• Understand title laws and registration processes.
• Maintain required certifications and desk deals for lenders' approval.
• Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals; audit deals post-sale.
• Ensure expeditious funding of all contracts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability
• Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
• Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position
• Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals
• Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines
• Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals
• Accurately audits team deals Post-Sale
• Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts

REQUIREMENTS:

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
• Professional personal appearance & excellent communication skills.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Must be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen
