Job summary

CFS in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a Finance Manager to lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in a collaborative, hybrid work setting. The role partners with executive leadership to shape strategic plans and drive financial performance. Salary range $125,000-$135,000 plus bonus.

You will build models, analyze profitability, and provide actionable insights across Sales and Operations, while mentoring teams and advancing scalable processes as the organization grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis with budgeting/forecasting ownership.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, analytical, and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial audiences, cross-functional collaboration.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred; growth/private equity environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, KPI tracking, and analysis.
• Provide actionable financial insights and decision support to executives and teams.
• Partner with Sales and Operations to evaluate profitability, pricing, staffing, and initiatives.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and ROI analyses for investments.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting, and analytics.
