Job summary

Silgan Dispensing is seeking an experienced Finance Manager, North America to join our regional Finance team. This role partners with the Finance Director, site controllers, plant leaders, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive financial performance across our North American manufacturing network.

This position blends FP&A with manufacturing finance, business partnering, and hands-on analysis in a multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Strong manufacturing finance experience in a multi-site environment.
• Hands-on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE) experience.
• Strong FP&A, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or similar professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze regional financial and operational performance and provide meaningful insights to leadership.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and regional reporting.
• Partner with site controllers and operational leaders to improve profitability, productivity, working capital, and efficiency.
• Review manufacturing KPIs, cost variances, inventory performance, and customer/product profitability.
• Use JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE) to support financial analysis, reporting, close activities, and process improvements.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, business cases, and investment analyses.
• Help drive consistency, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across the region.
