Job summary

CFS is seeking a Finance Manager in Connecticut to lead financial operations in a hands-on, execution-first role. You will maintain records, manage month-end close, and oversee AR/AP while supporting job costing and WIP schedules to deliver timely reporting to ownership.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Accounting or Finance and strong construction accounting experience. Growth opportunities include expanding responsibilities as the team grows and more work is brought in-house.

Qualifications

• BS Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Strong experience in construction accounting with job costing and WIP is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and manage month-end close.
• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Support job costing, WIP schedules and timely reporting to ownership.
• Prepare monthly budgets vs actuals.
• Conduct cash forecasting.
• Additional duties as assigned.
