Job summary

TriSource is partnering with a growing commercial contractor to appoint a leader who will own the finance function through its next growth phase.

Reporting to ownership, you will strengthen financial processes, improve project visibility, and help build the systems needed to support a larger, scalable organization.

This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on responsibility for WIP, job costing, cash flow forecasting, audits, and ERP initiatives to drive margins and business performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction or project-based environments.
• Strong WIP, job costing, and construction accounting knowledge.
• Experience leading ERP projects and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead WIP reporting, job costing, and project profitability analysis.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and provide timely financial insights to leadership.
• Partner with Project Managers to review budgets, track performance, and improve margins.
• Strengthen accounting controls, compliance, and subcontractor prequalification processes.
• Serve as primary contact for auditors, CPA firms, banks, and other financial partners.
• Help evaluate and implement ERP solutions and process improvements across the business.

What You\'ll Own
