Job summary

Top Stack is partnering with a growing manufacturing client to identify a Finance Manager who will support financial planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring 6+ years in corporate finance or financial analysis, plus advanced Excel and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• MBA, CPA, or other advanced credential preferred.
• 6+ years of corporate finance, financial reporting, or financial analysis experience.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting business planning and strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems experience preferred.
