Job summary

Nestlé USA offers a 3½-year Finance Management Trainee Program designed to develop future finance leaders. You rotate through manufacturing finance and expand into operations, supply chain, sales, brand finance, or corporate finance, gaining hands-on experience while supporting iconic brands.

Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance by Dec 2026–Jun 2027 or 5th-year Master’s is required, with GPA 3.0+. Willingness to relocate to Nestlé locations is needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or 5th year Master’s completed between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027.
• Related majors include Economics, Business, Math, Supply Chain, Operations, and Industrial Engineering.
• Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Previous Finance Co-Op/Internship or other practical experience in a Consumer Packaged Goods industry is preferred.
• Leadership experience in an extracurricular activity or organization.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing finance rotations and learn key processes.
• Experience finance roles across manufacturing, operations, supply chain, sales, brand finance, or corporate finance.
• Commit to future leadership positions within Nestlé USA.
