Nestlé USA is hiring for its 2027 Finance Management Trainee Program. This 3½-year program develops future leaders in Finance & Accounting by rotating through manufacturing, operations, supply chain, sales, brand finance, and corporate finance.

Eligibility includes a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (or 5th-year Master’s) with 3.0+ GPA, completion between late 2026 and mid-2027, and willingness to relocate to Nestlé USA locations. Visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field to be completed between December 2026 and June 2027, or 5th year Master's in Accounting or Finance.
• Related majors may include Economics, Business, Math, Supply Chain, Operations and Industrial Engineering
• Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
