Nestlé USA in Utah invites ambitious undergraduates to join the 2027 Finance Management Trainee Program. This 3½-year rotationthrough manufacturing finance, operations, supply chain, and brand finance, designed to develop future leaders.

Participants start February 2027 or June 2027, relocate to Nestlé USA locations as needed, and gain hands-on experience with a robust learning curriculum, leadership exposure, and a strong total rewards package. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field to be completed between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Related majors may include Economics, Business, Math, Supply Chain, Operations and Industrial Engineering.
• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
