Job summary

Nestlé USA invites undergraduates to join the Finance Management Trainee Program, a 3½-year hands-on journey across manufacturing finance and other finance functions. You’ll gain depth in reporting, analysis, and strategic decision-making while rotating through key Nestlé locations.

Eligible students should complete a bachelor's or 5th-year master's by mid-2027 and may relocate for assignments. Relocation and competitive compensation are included, with a commitment to developing future leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field to be completed between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027.
• Related majors may include Economics, Business, Math, Supply Chain, Operations and Industrial Engineering.
• Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.

Responsibilities

• Program lasts 3 ½ years with hands-on experience in Finance & Accounting at Nestlé USA.
• Rotations start in manufacturing finance and expand to other finance roles across the business.
• Completion leads to future leadership positions within Nestlé USA.
