Job summary

Nestlé USA invites top undergraduate and 5th year Master’s students to join the Finance Management Trainee Program. You will rotate through manufacturing finance and expand skills across multiple finance disciplines, with a path toward future leadership within Nestlé USA.

Program lasts 3½ years, starts February or June 2027, and includes relocation benefits, a strong learning curriculum, and exposure to senior leadership across Finance and Nestlé USA.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in extra-curricular activities or organizations.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to Nestlé USA locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support rotations across manufacturing finance, operations, supply chain, sales, brand finance, or corporate finance.
• Assist in financial planning, reporting, and analytics to drive decision-making.
• Engage in learning curriculum and leadership development throughout the program.
