Job summary
Nestlé USA invites undergraduates to join the 3½ year Finance Management Trainee Program, designed to launch careers in Finance & Accounting. The program starts with a rotation in manufacturing finance and expands through subsequent rotations across various finance domains, building a broad, leadership-focused foundation.
You will gain hands-on experience, learn key processes, and develop skills to drive decision-making and translate insights into action within a globally known consumer goods
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance to be completed between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027
- 5th year Master's in Accounting/Finance to be completed between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027
- Related majors may include Economics, Business, Math, Supply Chain, Operations and Industrial Engineering
- Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
Responsibilities
- Rotations across manufacturing finance and two additional rotations in other finance areas (operations, supply chain, sales, brand finance, or corporate finance)
- Completion sets path toward future leadership positions within Nestlé USA
- Hands-on experience and knowledge essential to kickstart a career in Finance & Accounting at Nestlé USA
