Job summary

National Life Group in Addison, TX, is seeking candidates for an early career Finance Leadership Rotation Program starting Summer 2026. You will rotate across finance and accounting functions, gaining exposure to a broad range of financial activities and leadership development.

Participants will receive mentorship, on-the-job learning, and opportunities to pursue CPA/CIA/CMA credentials while contributing to strategic financial initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: participate in GAAP and Statutory reporting and assist auditors.
• Corporate Accounting: handle direct expenses, AP, accruals, and cash reconciliations.
• Internal Audit: support risk assessment, controls testing, and process reviews.
• Treasury: assist cash management, banking solutions, and liquidity forecasting.
• Reinsurance: support policy administration and reporting with partners and underwriters.
• Field Services Finance: assist in forecasting, budgeting, and distribution incentives.
• Financial Planning and Analysis: understand performance metrics and targets across units.
• Tax: gain exposure to corporate tax processes and data analysis.
• All other duties as assigned.
