Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: assist GAAP and Statutory close and communicate results.
• Corporate Accounting: record expenses, accounts payable, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Internal Audit: learn audit processes and controls across the org.
• Treasury: assist cash management and banking solutions.
• Reinsurance: support administration of reinsured policies.
• Field Services Finance: forecast and report sales results and incentives.
• FP&A: understand financial performance and target setting.
• Tax: support corporate tax function and process improvements.
• All other duties as assigned.
