Job summary

Azuria is seeking a motivated upcoming graduate to join the Finance Leadership Program as a Financial Analyst. The program spans four rotations across FP&A, Supply Chain, Controllership, Operational Finance, Treasury, and Corporate Development over two years, with rotations in Tampa, Batesville/Oxford, Chesterfield or field offices.

Participants will interact with senior leadership, receive formal training, and perform rigorous responsibilities to gain holistic finance experience, with priority

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Completed basic/entry level Business Management and Financial Accounting courses.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Financial analysis: analyze performance via income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Budgeting and forecasting: assist in annual budgets and monthly forecasts with stakeholders.
• Financial reporting: assist in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Ad hoc projects: participate in special finance initiatives.
