GE Vernova's Financial Management Program is a two-year, early career development program that combines four six-month rotation assignments across Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and Financial Planning and Analysis with formal classroom and virtual training. It is designed to build core finance skills and leadership capabilities.

Core locations include Atlanta, GA and Schenectady, NY, with opportunities at other sites. Graduation is expected Dec 2026 or May/June 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred.
• Overall GPA >= 3.0/4.0.
• Previous co-op or intern experience in corporate finance.
• Business/accounting or analytical coursework.
• Understanding of business concepts/strategy.
• Interest in the Energy industry.
• Humbleness, candor, collaboration in culture.
• Strong communication and strategic prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Complete four, six-month rotation assignments (2 years) across Finance functions.
• Develop strong functional knowledge through training curriculum.
• Collaborate with senior leaders who coach and mentor.
• Uphold GE Vernova’s values and foster inclusive culture.
