Brunswick Corporation invites ambitious finance students to join its Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP). The program offers rotations across FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and more, with mentorship and executive exposure.

Based in hybrid locations including Mettawa, IL, participants gain hands-on experience with Power BI, ERP tools, and financial modeling, preparing for future finance leadership roles within Brunswick.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from AACSB-accredited university with expected graduation 2026–2027.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3.
• At least one relevant internship, co-op, leadership, or professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Leadership experience, initiative, and curiosity.
• Ability to relocate for rotational assignments; Brunswick provides relocation assistance.
• Permanent US work authorization without current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through FP&A, Manufacturing Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Internal Audit, Financial Reporting.
• Analyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, opportunities, and drivers.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Leverage Power BI, Oracle, automation, and AI-enabled tools for reporting and insights.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to influence decisions and performance.
• Prepare and present analyses to finance and business leaders, including senior teams.
• Lead or contribute to high-impact projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in structured development, mentorship, and networking throughout the program.
