Job summary

Kohler's Leadership Development Program in Finance is a two-year, full-time rotational experience designed to fast-track early-career finance talent. Participants rotate through cross-functional assignments, partnering with leaders to understand performance, evaluate trade-offs, and turn insights into action.

From day one, you build technical depth and business acumen while developing leadership confidence, mentorship, and a strong network across Kohler's finance organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required (no later than June 2027).
• Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and learning agility in team environments are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reporting, forecasts, and monthly analysis to tell the story behind the numbers.
• Partner with leaders to understand performance, identify trends, and translate analysis into practical recommendations.
• Evaluate business cases and investments, including capital projects and product launches to shape growth.
• Drive process improvement and support strategic projects by challenging assumptions and moving from insight to action.
• Build finance capability across rotations and strengthen technical skills and leadership confidence.
