Job summary

GE HealthCare invites applications for the Finance Management Program (FMP), a two-year, full-time rotational program to develop future finance leaders. Participants rotate across Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Controllership, FP&A, and more, gaining hands-on experience and formal training.

Participants engage with senior leaders, participate in university coursework with CFI, and may rotate internationally (England or Brazil). Relocation assistance is provided where eligible.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics or related field.
• Expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027.
• Geographic mobility: willing to relocate for rotations (relocation assistance provided).

Responsibilities

• This program develops future finance leaders through four six-month assignments across key finance areas.
• Includes formal training in finance, accounting, business strategy, and leadership development.
