Job summary

Ally Financial’s Finance Management Program (FMP) is designed for top graduates. The program offers four 6-month rotational opportunities across CFO Group areas including FP&A, Treasury, and Risk Finance.

Participants gain experience with MBAs, CFAs, and CPAs while earning a base pay rate of $72,000 USD and eligibility for an annual incentive plan. Senior or post-graduate students graduating between December 2026 and June 2027 are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or higher degree, graduating between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in data analytics and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting and financial planning for Ally’s business lines.
• Perform variance analysis for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Produce financial reports and attribution analyses for senior leaders.
• Prepare month-end reconciliations and journal entries.
• Develop presentations and dashboard reports for leadership and partners.
• Collaborate with internal partners and assist data aggregation and automation.
• Support ad hoc projects and process improvements.
