Job summary

Alcoa's Finance Leadership Development Rotational Program in the United States offers a two-year path beginning in August, with four six-month rotations in FP&A, financial accounting, internal audit, and treasury/investor relations. You’ll gain exposure to corporate and plant finance, mentored by leaders and executives.

Participants develop analytical and communication skills, learn Alcoa’s processes, and prepare for leadership roles within the global finance organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business – Accounting or Finance majors preferred.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0+; major GPA 3.2+.
• Graduation date December 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze financial reporting for senior leaders.
• Support planning, forecasting, and operating performance analysis.
• Contribute to monthly close and external financial reporting.
• Analyze variances and identify business opportunities.
