Job summary

Alcoa invites emerging finance professionals to join its two-year Finance Leadership Development Rotational Program in Pittsburgh. You will rotate across four challenging assignments designed to build expertise in FP&A, accounting, internal audit, and treasury.

Expect formal and informal feedback, mentorship from leaders, and exposure to senior executives. Graduates of December 2026 or Spring 2027 are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business—Accounting or Finance preferred.
• GPA 3.0+ overall; major GPA 3.2+.
• Accounting courses with at least a 'B' average.
• Graduation Dec 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; eager to grow at Alcoa.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze financial reporting for senior leaders.
• Support planning and forecasting decisions across operations.
• Analyze performance against key financial metrics and variances.
• Collaborate with plant finance teams on accounting and controls.
