Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking motivated students for its Quest Finance Leadership Development Program (QFLDP). The program provides exposure to the business, builds strong analytical skills, and prepares individuals for management roles in the Finance function.

Hires spend 24 months in an initial area, with two additional rotations over the next 12–24 months, gaining responsibility and real-world experience.

Qualifications

• Currently working towards a Bachelor’s degree
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Innovative thinker comfortable with navigating ambiguity to complete tasks
• Ability to work effectively cross‑functionally in a matrix environment and build/maintain relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
• Strong PC skills (Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, Word)
• Prior experience in finance and / or healthcare industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Performing financial analyses and month end reporting to provide recommendations
• Using programs such as MS Excel, Power BI, and Tableau, analyzing and developing insights from large datasets
• Interpreting financial data for partners within and outside of Finance
• Developing business strategy and executing
