Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking motivated students for our Finance Leadership Development Program (QFLDP). You will rotate across areas in the Finance organization, gaining responsibility and exposure to leadership as you develop core finance and business skills.

You will work with MS Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to analyze data, perform financial reporting, and contribute to strategic decision making in a Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analyses and month-end reporting with recommendations.
• Use MS Excel, Power BI and Tableau to analyze data and develop insights.
• Interpret financial data for partners inside and outside Finance.
• Develop and execute business strategy initiatives.
