Job summary

The Hubbell Rotation Program (HRP) is a three-year development program for new graduates in Finance and Accounting, offering three rotations across financial disciplines and Hubbell businesses.

Participants gain exposure to FP&A, Controllership, Investor Relations, and more, with mentorship from Hubbell leaders and high visibility across the organization. Salary range is $65,000 to $70,000, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Versatility, flexibility, and ability to manage evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic/long-term financial planning.
• Support forecasting activities and annual operating plan.
• Perform monthly variance analysis and reporting.
• Prepare monthly presentations to communicate results.
