Job summary

Holman offers a three-year Accounting and Finance Rotation program designed for high-potential graduates. You will experience three one-year rotations across core finance disciplines and participate in training, mentoring, and networking to prepare for leadership roles.

Temporary relocation and some travel are possible, with a pathway to permanent roles based on performance and company needs. Hybrid work arrangements may apply as Holman supports flexible work styles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance or related majors – Upcoming Spring 2027 Graduates.
• 3.0 GPA minimum.
• Superior analytical and reasoning skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability and confidence to network and build relationships.
• Focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to adapt to varying business segments and organizational change.
• High level of customer service.
• Temporary relocation possible*
• Some travel may be required.
• Ability to work in a hybrid work environment (a blend of remote and in-office schedules).

Responsibilities

• Assigned 3 one-year rotations across accounting or finance departments such as Financial Reporting, FP&A, Internal Audit, Treasury, Internal Control, Credit Treasury, Lease Portfolio Management.
• Engage in Training Classes, Networking Events, and Mentoring.
• Potential path to permanent placement based on performance and business needs.
