Rotations include Corporate Marketing, Pricing, Quotes, and Territory Sales. Strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, and teamwork are essential. Salaries range from $60,000 to $65,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree and interest in sales/marketing.
• Willing to relocate during the program; final placement based on interest.
• Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Creative, collaborative, capable of representing the Hubbell brand.

Responsabilités

• Project management of strategic commercial growth initiatives.
• Travel up to 25% in a sales rotation.
• Prepare sales and financial reports for leadership as required.
• Participate in master agreement creation.
• Involvement in the Rep Agency Performance Process.
• Support development and implementation of marketing plans; collaborate with marketing teams.
• Align annual/quarterly calendars to drive execution of programs.
• Review marketing activities and suggest improvements; include customer programming, sales productivity, and reporting.
