Job summary

Eaton's Accounting & Finance Leadership Development Program is a two-year, two-rotation program that builds leadership and finance skills. You'll complete two six-month rotations in one location and a one-year assignment at a different US location, gaining hands-on exposure to cost accounting, financial accounting, and reporting.

Applicants should have a bachelor's or master's in Finance, Accounting or Economics, a minimum 3.0 GPA, and at least one internship or co-op.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in Finance, Accounting or Economics from an accredited institution.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Internship or co-op experience (or equivalent 3 months of business experience).
• Demonstrated leadership on campus or in the community.
• Willingness to relocate across the United States and travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities
