Job summary

Nordson is offering a two-year Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) designed to accelerate the careers of future finance leaders. Participants will rotate through General Accounting, Internal Audit, Cost Controlling, Commercial Finance, and FP&A, including a three-month international rotation, with relocation support provided.

Eligible applicants are full-time students graduating between December 2026 and June 2027 with a 3.0 GPA or higher, strong leadership and analytical skills,

Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesProgram DesignThe program prepares participants for roles of increasing responsibility through a combination of rotational assignments, formalized feedback, and mentoring. Program participants will have the opportunity to interact with senior finance leaders and participate in various key financial initiatives.FLDP participants will complete a two-year rotational program consisting of approximately four rotational assignments, including a three-month international rotation. Rotational assignments are generally six months in duration; however, assignment lengths may be adjusted to accommodate the international experience and business requirements while ensuring a comprehensive two-year development program. Geographical flexibility is required during the program and upon completion of the program.
