Job summary

LGC Clinical Diagnostics is seeking a Financial Controller, North America, to lead site finance for its NA operations and partner with regional leaders to drive margins and working capital efficiency.

You will oversee budgeting, month-end close, audits, and regulatory compliance (US GAAP/IFRS), while developing a strong finance team across multiple sites and collaborating with global partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field.
• 15+ years of financial experience in manufacturing.
• Executive finance partnering to influence operational decisions.
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations with offshore partnerships.
• People development across multiple sites and regions.
• Experience with $200M+ revenue business.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial responsibilities at multiple NA sites, including budgeting and month-end close.
• Lead teams of financial professionals and coordinate with centers of excellence.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls; manage audits.
• Partner with regional leaders to drive gross margin expansion and OpEx discipline.
• Deliver regular KPI reporting and drive working capital improvement.
• Support M&A activities and strategic financial planning.
