Job summary

LGC Clinical Diagnostics is seeking a Financial Controller, North America, to lead site finance for the US regional network. You will oversee accounting, financial reporting, tax, and cash management while partnering with operations to drive margin expansion and capital discipline.

You will manage a team, ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS, and provide strategic counsel to site leaders. The role demands strong data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, accounting, or finance or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience with GAAP/IFRS and managing full accounting cycles.
• Demonstrated leadership in a global, matrixed organization with finance partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead site financial reporting, budgeting, and forecast processes within NA.
• Partner with regional leaders to drive gross margin expansion and OpEx discipline.
• Oversee audits, controls, cash management, and tax compliance.
• Develop and mentor finance teams across multiple sites.
• Provide strategic financial insights to operational leaders and process owners.
• Ensure accurate KPI reporting and data-driven decision support.
