Job summary

Hillman is seeking an experienced Manager of Finance to own full-cycle finance and accounting operations from AR/AP to close, tax compliance and audit management. This hands-on leader will supervise a 3–4 person team and align local financial reporting with Corporate Finance.

The role balances day-to-day accounting with high-level compliance, audit and cross-functional coordination across business units, ensuring accurate, timely reporting and strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience with FP&A exposure.
• Solid grounding in full-cycle accounting (AR/AP, GL, close processes).
• 2+ years of experience directly supervising a team.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax compliance, and audit processes.
• Proven experience managing or supporting external audits.
• Advanced Excel/financial modeling; ERP/accounting systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts.
• Prepare monthly variance analysis and communicate drivers to leaders.
• Develop financial models to support planning and pricing decisions.
• Analyze revenue, margin and expenses to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with operations to build budgets and track KPIs.
• Support long-range planning and scenario analysis.
• Prepare board and executive reporting packages with KPIs.
• Oversee AR, AP, GL, and month-end close processes.
• Ensure timely invoicing, collections and cash application.
• Review journal entries and reconciliations; monitor cash flow.
