Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Minimum 10 years of related working experience, including supervisory experience.
• CPA or MBA, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of finance, FP&A and commercial finance professionals.
• Lead financial business decisions, support commercial finance and accounting.
• Coach and develop team members to foster a high performing team.
• Develop and maintain process governance for commercial and financial activities.
• Ownership of analysis and projections for product and customer profitability.
• Identify opportunities to structure commercial deals that promote growth.
