Saab, Inc. seeks a Finance Manager to oversee the Advanced Weapons org within Land Systems. Located on-site in Auburn Hills, MI, or Syracuse, NY, the role leads a 3–5 person team and advises leadership on financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management.

The position requires a strong background in accounting/finance, Excel proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with global teams. Travel up to 25% is expected domestically and internationally.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 16+ years of progressive experience (or a Master's with 14+ years).
• Demonstrated experience leading a finance/accounting team, including hiring and development.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret financial data and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the principal financial advisor to Advanced Weapons leadership, providing end-to-end financial oversight.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, five-year plan, forecasts, and performance metrics for profitability and cash flow.
• Partner with Program Managers to manage program financial performance with reporting packages and variance analysis.
• Support EACs and EVM reporting, and participate in bidding and pricing activities.
