Job summary

Campbell's in the US is seeking an Associate Manager – Campbell’s Food Service (CFS) Finance to manage and analyze trade, consumer, and marketing spend for the CFS business (US and Canada) and support the Snacks Foodservice unit. You will serve as a trusted business partner across functions to influence financial strategy.

The role drives profitable growth through P&L support, new product launches, customer opportunities, and contract extensions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (required).
• 4–6 years of relevant experience (CPG preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of financial accounting, balance sheet, P&L, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems.
• Ability to partner effectively in a matrixed organization.
• Strong decision-making, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented, process-disciplined, fiscally responsible.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly accruals and projections for trade, consumer, and marketing spend.
• Conduct monthly variance analyses and risk/opportunity reporting.
• Provide detailed analysis for quarterly balance sheet reviews with the Corporate Controller.
• Lead monthly trade spend and consumer promotions meetings with Division Finance and the CFS General Manager.
• Lead monthly marketing spend meetings with the Marketing Coordinator.
• Manage P&L line items for trade, consumer, and marketing spend exceeding $135M annually.
• Assist in developing the Annual Operating Plan at both brand and customer levels.
• Act as a business-facing partner to understand strategy and provide financial insights.
• Support CFS Finance Leadership with sales forecasts and annual operating plans for Snacks business unit.
• Analyze fluctuations between plan/forecast and actual trends; identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop P&Ls for new product launches and customer investments to ensure profitable growth.
