Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a Finance Manager for Supply Chain Finance – Logistics & Transportation in a hybrid role based in Camden, NJ. You will lead FP&A, collaborate with Logistics, Operations, Procurement, and Accounting, and drive cost analysis, planning, and performance reviews.

The role emphasizes business partnership, data-driven decision support, and continuous improvement, with leadership of a finance team and accountability for key drivers and savings opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of progressive Finance or FP&A experience.
• Leadership and influence experience coaching, mentoring, and developing finance talent.
• Experience owning or supporting a significant operating-expense budget and translating drivers into outcomes.
• Strong business-partnering skills to challenge assumptions and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Planning, Forecasting & Performance Management for Logistics & Transportation.
• Manage budget development, AOP, monthly projections, and long-range outlooks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align operational plans with financial targets.
• Perform monthly variance analysis and identify drivers: volume, rate, mix, productivity, inflation.
• Develop scenarios, business cases, and financial inputs for initiatives; present to Senior Manager.
• Prepare concise narratives, scorecards, and leadership-ready recommendations.
