Sofitel Beverly Hills seeks an Assistant Director of Finance to oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting, ensuring profitability and compliance with standards. This role collaborates with department heads to provide insights and maintain fiscal discipline and guest service excellence.

The position requires strong leadership, experience in hotel finance, and proficiency with hotel systems and Excel.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in hotel finance or accounting, with 2+ in management.
• Experience in luxury hotel environment preferred.
• Familiarity with Sofitel systems (SunSystems, Opera PMS, BI tools).
• Proficiency in Excel and hotel accounting software; audits experience.

Mansioni

• Oversee full-cycle accounting operations per the hotel’s policies and procedures.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing, ensuring timely financial statements.
• Record and post journal entries; maintain accurate reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze tax payments and reports; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting; support strategy.
• Supervise finance team; participate in audits and internal controls.
