Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Finance in the timely preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Prepare and record hotel revenues daily via Income Journal; explain variances.
• Monitor cash flow and operating forecasts.
• Supervise accounting staff and ensure internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies.
• Provide analysis to aid hotel financial objectives.
• Train and develop staff under supervision.
• Handle special reports and ad hoc projects.
