You will manage a team of analysts, partner with retail, transportation, and finance teams, and lead long-term planning, variance analysis, and ad-hoc projects to optimize profitability and efficiency across networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field.
• 5+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic relationships with business partners and influence decisions.
• Manage others and develop talent within the team.
• Analyze quantitative data to lead business improvement and cost reductions.
• Recommend and implement policies to improve profitability.
• Engage with on-the-floor associates to promote customer focus.
• Oversee weekly and monthly close, planning, forecasting, and reporting models.
