Job summary

AbbVie in North Chicago, IL is seeking a Finance Senior Manager in FP&A to support LBE, Plan, LRP and Board of Directors processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and prepare concise analyses for senior leadership.

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and 6+ years of finance experience are required, with strong financial analysis, communication and detail orientation. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential; knowledge of BPC, Power BI, and W-Desk is a

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
6+ years of finance/accounting experience across functions.
Strong financial, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Superior communication and ability to summarize complex analyses.
Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with BPC/Power BI/W-Desk is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support consolidation and reporting for Non-GAAP LRP and Plan with key stakeholders.
Prepare agile analysis for Director and VP of FP&A to support executive storytelling.
Compile a comprehensive LRP and Plan Reporting Package for Senior Leadership.
Ensure LRP and Plan data integrity across systems of record and reporting.
Help support LBE, BOD, and Quarterly Earnings deliverables.
Partner with Finance Transformation to develop enhanced LBE reporting tool.
Ad-hoc analysis as required.
