Job summary

AbbVie in North Chicago, IL is seeking a Finance Senior Manager in FP&A to support LBE, Plan, LRP and Board of Directors processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and prepare concise analyses for senior leadership.

• Compile a comprehensive LRP and Plan Reporting Package for Senior Leadership.
• Ensure LRP and Plan data integrity across systems of record and reporting.
• Help support LBE, BOD, and Quarterly Earnings deliverables.
• Partner with Finance Transformation to develop enhanced LBE reporting tool.
• Ad-hoc analysis as required.

This position reports to the Finance Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis and supports key workstreams associated with AbbVie’s LBE, Plan, LRP, and Board of Directors (BOD) . This role liaises with multiple cross-functional stakeholders within Finance and has opportunities to interact with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support the consolidation and reporting for the Non-GAAP LRP and Plan process by collaborating with key stakeholders throughout the company

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 6+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience, preferably across a range of Finance functions
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Superior communication skills: ability to summarize complex financial analyses in a clear & concise manner
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities
• Ability to work well in a team environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with BPC, Power BI, W-Desk a plus
