Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis professional to partner with engineering, program management, and supply chain teams to drive financial performance and reporting. This leadership role focuses on capital planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial systems in a fast-paced automotive environment.

You will report to the PD programs finance lead, develop management slides, contribute to platform BOM, and leverage Power BI to deliver insights and value across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles with operational partnering, budgeting, forecasting, or capital planning.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to interact with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of technologies/architectures for program cost reporting.
• Deliver Contribution Cost & Investment targets for program milestones with high-quality financials.
• Support cross-functional decision making through benchmarking and forecasting.
• Drive capital allocation decisions with clear business cases and ad-hoc studies.
• Ensure on-time sourcing and program timing delivery.
• Prepare management slides and other ad-hoc financial reporting.
