Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking an Analyst, Supply Chain Program Management in Michigan to support forward-model vehicle programs and drive Supply Chain deliverables through the product development lifecycle.

You will lead program planning across commodity planning, sourcing, supplier quotations, and SWT, partnering with PM, Product Development, Finance, and Cost Estimating to align targets and financial requirements. The role requires cross-functional collaboration and strong Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in Supply Chain, Program Management, Purchasing, or related experience.
• Experience supporting sourcing and purchasing activities (quotations, cost analysis, PO placement).
• Experience with supply chain planning, sourcing, data analysis, and milestone management.
• Experience with SWT, Ariba, Power BI, Qlik Sense, or similar BI tools.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product Development, Manufacturing, Finance, Logistics, Purchasing, or STA.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead Supply Chain program planning and work plans (Commodity Planning, Sourcing, Supplier Quotation, SWT).
• Coordinate with PM, Product Development, Finance to align sourcing assumptions and targets.
• Drive achievement of sourcing milestones and IPQ packaging with VHMs.
• Lead cross-functional alignment in sourcing forums and communicate needs across teams.
• Coordinate localization requirements and capital investment-related changes.
• Support pre-program planning, cost studies, make-vs-buy analyses, and PO/tooling orders.
• Own the Supply Chain perspective for program reviews with GPDS Integrator and other bodies.
• Resolve issues to ensure timely delivery of Supply Chain deliverables.
