Ford Energy is seeking a Senior Demand Planning & Forecasting professional to drive S&OP processes and analytical excellence in Dearborn, MI. You will lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Operations, and Finance to align demand with capacity and strategic goals.

Responsibilities include developing forecasting models, maintaining data integrity, and providing executive insights through KPI dashboards and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in sales operations, demand planning, forecasting, or related functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM platforms and Excel.
• Experience preparing executive-level reporting and presentations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• S&OP process knowledge and forecasting methodologies.
• BI tools experience (Power BI, Tableau).
• Industry experience in energy, manufacturing, battery storage, or industrial equipment.
• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand planning, data integrity, and reporting for commercial pipeline demand.
• Translate forecasts and opportunities into actionable demand signals for S&OP.
• Develop and maintain demand forecasting models and reporting tools.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and identify risks and opportunities.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles.
• Serve as primary liaison between Sales and S&OP teams.
• Convert deal-level information into demand requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Sourcing.
• Provide visibility into demand trends, capacity, and commitments.
• Support executive reviews with data-driven insights.
• Manage pipeline dashboards and forecast visibility.
• Standardize forecast methodologies and KPI dashboards.
